Send a document
Two ways to send a document for signature from a Salesforce record: with a template (ready-made configuration) or in free-form mode (you configure everything manually).
In-person signing
In-person signing lets a physically present customer sign on your device โ tablet, laptop โ without any email being sent to them.
Bulk send
Bulk send produces one individualized envelope per row of a CSV file: a template carries the document and the layout, the CSV carries the recipients. This is the DocuSign model โ plus a preview validated before anything is written.
Signing groups
A signing group lets you send a request to a team rather than a person: every member receives the invitation, and the first one who signs validates for the whole group.
Track a request
Three places to track your signature requests, from most local to most global.
Actions on a request (Resend / Correct / Cancel)
A sent request is not frozen. From the TrueSign Status component (or the Envelopes tab), four actions manage ongoing requests (Ongoing):
Download the signed document
As soon as every signer has signed (Done status), TrueSign automatically attaches the signed PDF to the Salesforce record โ signer-filled fields included. No action required.
Copying someone in (CC)
A recipient in copy (CC) follows a request without ever signing: a lawyer, a broker, an end customer, a colleague who must be kept informed. They need no Salesforce licence โ they live on a link, just like signers.
